My Background

I have been a trainer, facilitator and speaker for nearly 20 years now.  Nevertheless in 2015, I decided to enhance my knowledge and training skills and successfully obtained a Diploma in Training & Developmentwith Langevin Learning Services. Among the many course I successfully completed were:

• Training Needs Analysis

• Certified Instructional Designer/Developer

• Project Management for Trainers

• Advanced Instructional Techniques

• Web Based Training

In addition to this, I come to you with a wealth of diverse and related experience that includes the following:

As a lifelong learner, who is aware that he does not have all the answers, I continue to enroll into various types of new classes, striving to acquire additional tools and theories in order to become a better learning and development professional, and ultimately a better person.
